Springing into Action!

Opportunities & Resources from Scholar Fund

🌱 Scholar Fund is springing into action! Here’s what we’ve been up to:

Spring has bloomed with so much activity and opportunity at Scholar Fund! Our dedicated team members have been out and about to connect communities with valuable resources.

Along with our work in the digital world administering benefits programs and curating resources, we’re also out on the streets (and in school hallways, community gardens, public service centers, and so on).

As we gear up for summer, we're excited to participate in even more events. Visit scholarfundwa.org/events to see where we’ll be next!

Some of our stops have included:

🖤 Spreading the word about the Washington Working Families Tax Credit at Alimentando al Pueblo’s culturally relevant food banks, Skyway Resource Center pop-ups, and other community spaces.

đź–¤ Connecting youth with scholarships at the Mis RaĂces Achievers Conference at Auburn High School.

đź–¤ Marching in the Freedom from the River to the Sea 25-Mile March for Palestine.

đź–¤ Volunteering on the One Seattle Day of Service in collaboration with Rainier Beach Action Coalition.

Three photos. First one is of a Scholar Fund team member smiling at a blue Scholarship Junkies table covered in informational materialss in a school gym.
